The 7Ds !

The 7Ds are very applicable and helped me to better understand where we are at this point in our consulting project. There are many thing to do but we need to give one step at time. The DIAGNOSE, where we are right now, is the abse of our project. Takes time to brainstorm, organize and DECIDE what to do! It's frustrating sometimes but it's necessary!
